Mission

The Emergency Committee to Save the Persecuted and Enslaved (ECSPE) is a 501c3 charity founded by Keith Davies and Farrukh Saif in June 2018. The organization aims to defend the rights of oppressed and marginalized communities globally, with a particular focus on eradicating modern-day slavery and combating social, constitutional, and religious discrimination. Over the years, Davies and Saif have rescued thousands of slaves from brick kilns. The charity is especially active in countries where minorities face faith-based persecution and is committed to fighting against blasphemy laws, forced conversions, rape, and abductions. In addition to these efforts, ECSPE provides legal assistance and safe homes to persecuted religious minorities.
