Shaukat Masih and Kiran, a Christian couple who were falsely accused of blasphemy in Lahore, Pakistan, on September 8th, 2023.

Despite being released on bail after a harrowing month and a half, their trouble is far from over. They remain under trial, facing the looming threat of persecution in a country where accusations of blasphemy can result in dire consequences.

The ECSPE Initiative:

The Emergency Committee to Save the Persecuted and Enslaved (ECSPE) has taken action to safeguard Shaukat and Kiran’s lives. Recognizing the imminent danger they face, ECSPE has formulated a plan to relocate the couple to a Safe country away from the threats and persecution they endure in their homeland. They will be relocated to a third country with the help of private sponsorship, which will provide them with the safety and security they desperately need.

Your Support Matters:

We cannot stand idly by while Shaukat and Kiran’s lives hang in the balance. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference in ensuring their safety. By supporting this campaign, you are not only helping to protect five innocent lives but also standing up against the injustice of blasphemy laws that continue to endanger countless individuals in Pakistan.
