Attacking Christmas in the course of a planned riot to promote a radical Islamic agenda to demolish the true spirit of Christmas.
On 25th December hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators gathered in Midtown, carrying a blood-red mock Nativity scene and chanting, “Christmas is canceled here”. Approximately 500 protesters also shouted different slogans such as “Long live the intifada,” “Gaza Calls, Yemen Answers,” “Israeli Boats are cancer,” “Zionism is terrorism,” and “From NY to Gaza, Globalize the Intifada.” As well as the protestors were carrying signs and play cards “No Joy In Genocide,” and “While Ur Shopping Bombs are Dropping.”
The worst part of the Protest was when dozens of people were carrying the Nativity scene splattered with fake blood. They surrounded the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, where holiday revelers were present. It was to create fear amongst the common Christians.
After nightfall, clashes broke out in the crowd, including outside St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Law enforcement sources later reported at least six arrests, including four for disorderly conduct, one for menacing, and one for graffiti, near Grand Central Station and Union Square. The clashes between protesters and the police led to these incidents.
As the crowd dispersed at Union Square on Monday night, a group of protesters waving the Palestinian flag lingered. Police arrested at least one person in that area. In the videos that went viral on social media, it can be clearly seen that the protesters attacked several policemen. There is even a video of a man shouting, ‘We will kill you all.’
In my view, these incidents appeared to be deliberate riots rather than peaceful protests. Typically, protests do not involve the use of hate speech and inflammatory slogans, whereas this purported protest was marked by the presence of such divisive and offensive expressions.
I am not against any religious group or race, but I am afraid to say that this is a planned attack on Christmas, aiming to destroy the spirit of peace, love, and compassion. America and the Western world need to readdress the issue of migration from places that harbor hatred towards Jews and Christians. New laws should be considered to prevent incidents like this in Western civilized countries.
